Speaking for my first experience here. Happy hour clams and oysters on the half shell for a buck a piece and discounted ice cold draft beer makes for a five star happy customer. Friendly and attentive bartender and laid back friendly environment completes a perfect happy hour. I suspect it's more broadly satisfying as well.
Best restaurant we have been to in Norwalk thus far. From seafood to bbq everything was phenomenal. It's definitely a local spot but that's a nice thing!
Very good, the wait person we had was terrific and we enjoyed the vibe. We had the Rib sampler and some wings as appetizers and they were very good, tender and juicy with a great portion size. Everyone enjoyed their entree's, i had the Jumbo shrimp platter which was cooked perfectly lightly crispy. Fiinal pricing wasn't bad either. Overall a very positive experience, can't wait to go back.
The best devil eggs in Norwalk ... great seafood and the hibiscus cocktail is very good as well .. service is good as well only setback is the outside seating is extremely uncomfortable ( they need new chairs ) great place to relax kick back grab a bite and a few beers or cocktails

Exceptional service, delicious food and amazing drinks (and drink specials too!) Banc house is easily one of the best restaurants in Norwalk. The atmosphere is always a friendly and welcoming environment with the staff working their hardest to make their patrons feel right at home. The menu is very diverse offering options for just about everyone, fresh salads, comforting pasta dishes, wings, burgers, seafood, smoked meats just to name a few.... And that's even touching on their ever changing specials menus. Lastly the drinks. Perfectly balanced cocktails prepared by an incredibly knowledgeable bar staff. A rotating tap and bottled beer selection that offers everything you could possibly ask for. Daily drink specials round out this restaurant as the whole package. Definitely recommend giving Banc house a shot if you have not yet!
Great local restaurant/bar for friends to gather. Food is always outstanding, staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I recommend Taco Tuesday and Tap takeovers, always a blast at the bar when there is something going on. Managers are always friendly and accommodating. Brunch is always a go to for me as well and they have some awesome options. If you are looking for a great spot to meet awesome people are relax, go down to Banc.
Very pubish atmosphere in bar area (where we ate) Nice specials on food and drinks & a nice selection of beer and wines. Food was very good, service was very good. Although I've never eaten in dining area it looks very nice and comfortable!
